Delivery Information

Shipping

We ship to almost everywhere we have heard of.

We do not accept any responsibility for delays or confiscations by customs authorities. We do complete the appropriate customs declarations and enclose the other required documentation. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any import restrictions that might apply for your country.

We may change this list at any time. We are not obliged to accept any orders at any time and will not do so in any case where we suspect there is a risk of non-payment, credit charge chargeback or delivery difficulties.

We do not ship to the Antarctic territories due to lack of adequate delivery services.

We do not ship to Indonesia due to the high incidence of credit card fraud.

We do not ship to Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia or Eritrea.

We do not ship to Russia as magnets are prohibited by the Russian postal service.

We currently ship (almost) everywhere else.

Ordering

You can order online or by email. For email orders, we will issue a Paypal invoice. All international orders, whether made online or by email must be paid for using PayPal.

We do not accept any other payment methods.

For UK orders, we also accept personal cheques, drawn on UK banks or direct bank transfers. To use these payment methods, please order by email only. We will issue an invoice and ask you to remember to include the invoice reference number with your payment so that we can match it to your order.

Delivery Times

Gemini pickups are made to order. We don't generally hold stocks, although this may change in the future.

Consequently, dispatch times will normally be around two weeks from receipt of payment. This can increase, depending on workload and occasionally on availability of parts (e.g. covers).

We try to keep customers informed of any potential delays. If you have any questions, please just email us and we'll do our best to give you a clear answer.

Delivery Method

All delivery will be via a service that requires a signature whenever possible. Most often, this will be Royal Mail in the UK and International signed for airmail overseas. airmail delivery times and methods are dependant on the postal service of the receiving country.
