Gemini Pickups Shop Shopping Buying online is easy. Select the items you want from the pages accessed from the shop menus, and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished, review your cart and go to the checkout. Pay via PayPal. You don't even need a Paypal account. UK customers only, if you prefer to pay by other means, e.g. cheque or bank transfer, make a note of the items you want, including the product codes and any options, then email us with your order. We will send you an invoice with payment instructions. Non UK customers can only pay by PayPal, in pounds sterling. If there are any import duties or taxes payable, these are your responsibility, they are not included. Worldwide delivery costs just £5.00 per order, regardless of how many pickups bought. We ship to many countries but not all. Please check the list of countries before ordering. USA Shop We have now introduced second shop with prices in US$. This is for US residents only. All other customers, please continue to use the main shop and pay in GB pounds. Go to USA shop Shipping We ship to almost everywhere we have heard of. We do not accept any responsibility for delays or confiscations by customs authorities. We do complete the appropriate customs declarations and enclose the other required documentation. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any import restrictions that might apply for your country. We may change this list at any time. We are not obliged to accept any orders at any time and will not do so in any case where we suspect there is a risk of non-payment, credit charge chargeback or delivery difficulties. We do not ship to the Antarctic territories due to lack of adequate delivery services. We do not ship to Indonesia due to the high incidence of credit card fraud. We do not ship to Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia or Eritrea. Ordering You can order online or by email. For email orders, we will issue an invoice. All international orders, whether made online or by email must be paid for using PayPal. We do not accept any other payment methods. For UK orders, we also accept personal cheques, drawn on UK banks or direct bank transfers. To use these payment methods, please order by email only. We will issue an invoice and ask you to remember to include the invoice reference number with your payment so that we can match it to your order. Delivery Times All gemini pickups are made to order. We don't hold stocks, although this may change in the future. Consequently, delivery times will normally be at least two weeks from receipt of payment. This can increase to as much as six weeks, depending on workload and occasionally on availability of parts (e.g. nickel covers). We try to keep customers informed of any potential delays. If you have any questions, please just email us and we'll do our best to give you a clear answer. Delivery method. All delivery will be via a service that requires a signature and that provides adequate insurance. Most often, this wil be Royal Mail special delivery in the UK and International signed for airmail overseas. airmail delivery times and methods are dependant on the postal service of the receiving country. |
